- Symbiosis, spec-fic/fantasy novel (first draft finished, under edit, ETA summer 2012) Here’s a snippet of a scene I used for 100-word flash. And here’s the blurb I’m trying to condense into 25-words for my pitch:
“Symbiosis” is a science/fantasy novel about the goddess Ki who survived the eruption of Thera and thinks she’s human. When she’s forced to take part in a ritual sacrifice, she realizes she’s not human. Whatever it is that she is has been awakened and it’s hungry. She has to learn to embrace and control her dark side before it destroys her and the humans she’d come to identify with. And do it before the true darkness catches up with her.

Hi, I found you through Six Sentence Sunday. And I’m glad I did. I write speculative YA and I hope to try your Friday Fictioneers soon. I love the photo prompt Wednesday, too!
I’m glad you found me too Ann
The Wednesday photo prompt is what the Friday Fictioneers use for their stories on Friday, so basically are parts of the same deal. I hope to see you join us!
